Buffalo Mozza

Oh buffalo mozzarella how I love thee.

 I could have ripped that big ball of squidgy goodness up and eaten it all by myself. In fact I must admit that while I was making dinner a few chunks did find their way to my mouth on their way to the plate.

And now the little jar of oil it was floating in is sitting in the fridge so I can use it to make salad dressings.
