Vox Hunt: List Mania

Show us a list you made in the past week.

Well this is my shopping list from wednesday. I scribble them out on tuesday nights then as you can probably tell, I often get to the shops the next day and wonder what the hell its all about.

In fact, on more than one occassion I've bought a packet of tim tams, instead of tin toms (tin of tomatoes). I always wonder why I need them. Because we stick to a strict plan. I go through a cooking magazine each month and whatevers next, we eat. I write out the ingredients and thats what I buy. So I always think I must be making some yummy cake. Then I find myself looking through the pantry wondering where the hell the tomatoes are. And I can tell you there was no gnochetti in town.

  1. well the fruit and veg are always at the top and the cold things always go down the right and the bummies are the krummies that should be up higher but they and the chutney were a late edition.

  2. ha ha.
Not much on the list this week. Maybe I missed a day. My strategy falls to pieces a bit when the magazine has a special section on something – say like 5 pages of different hamburgers. We're sick to death of them by the time we get through them all.

  3. well I just saw yours and now I'm horrified at mine. Were you one of those little girls at school that the teachers loved because your writing was so neat.

  4. No….oddly enough at school my writing was worse than it is now, I'm not sure when it picked up. But I used to hand write a lot too over the years, I've been a list freak forever and I used to write really long letters before the internet.
